Pattern and Lines
Patterns add drama and depth to the photographs. In the first photo one can see the circular pattern of the cans showing repetition yet some uniqueness to each can. In the second picture we can see repetition but yet there is the focus of the object in the image. In the third picture the lines created by the symmetry in which the cans are arrange create depth to the image giving it life as well as allowing our eyes to follow such lines.

Ligth
By controlling the light and directing it where I want it I was able to control the focus of each image. The light used for all the pictures was self created light. In picture one the harsh black shadow both divides the image as well as place a focus on the can. In the second picture the light clearly shines towards the can making it the point of interest. Finally in the third picture the light shines away but close to the object giving the object less importance but yet part of the image as a whole.
.
Texture
For texture I used both the texture of my object as well as the objects surrounding my objects. In the first picture one can notice the wrinkles/ folding of the can and easily imagine what it looks like. In the second picture we see the water running down the can providing us with the perspective of how the can would feel in that situation. Lastly, in the third picture I used pine cones to show the difference between the smoothness of the can as suppose to the roughness of the wood.
Color
By exploring color I identify that the outstanding object is the one of different color compare to the background, even when this object is out of focus. In picture one can see that the red color of the coke can was framed by those of the green cans. In picture two the black-and-white photo accentuates the brightness of the can trough the white opposite from the black background. Finally picture number three drives ones focus towards the black can because of the outstanding in between the mass color of the background.
